Position: Senior Executive – Seller Management, Gadgets 360
Total experience: 2+ years
Location: New Delhi
Responsibilities / Tasks:
• Seller Management
• Drive the Revenue of E-Commerce Business (Electronic Category)
• Knowledge of Mobile Market at Brand or Retail Level.
• New Seller on-boarding. Calling 15-20 new leads per day following with follow ups
• Completing documentation process of new leads for successful business which includes coordination with Finance, Logistics and seller.
• Seller training – Guiding sellers to enable listings and set correct price margins
• Handling seller accounts – coordinating with existing sellers and procuring trending stock to increase Net Margin Sales.
• Studying current market trends and listing best sellers to meet assortment gap
• Sharing price study reports with sellers to meet lowest market price
• Retaining old sellers who have stopped business with us.
• Worked on consumer’s complaints by giving solution to customer care team.
