10वीं रियलिटी प्लस कॉन्क्लेव और एक्सीलेंस अवॉर्ड्स-नॉर्थ 2018 का आयोजन 11 अक्टूबर को दिल्ली के एयरोसिटी स्थित होटल पुलमैन (Pullman) में किया गया। इस मौके पर रियल एस्टेट, ब्रैंडिंग और आर्किटेक्चर जगत की जानी-मानी हस्तियां मौजूद रहीं। कॉन्क्लेव की थीम ‘Indian Realty: Stealing the spotlight’ रखी गई थी और इसके तहत दिन भर सेशंस का दौर चला। इसमें तीन पैनल डिस्कशन भी हुए।
कॉन्क्लेव का मुख्य आकर्षण दो सेशन थे। पहले सेशन में ‘The confluence of design and real estate sector’ विषय पर देश के टॉप आर्किटेक्ट ने अपने-अपने विचार रखे। इस सेशन के मुख्य वक्ताओं में बॉबी मुखर्जी (Principal Architect & Founder, Bobby Mukherji& Associates), मनित रस्तोगी (Founder & Partner, Morphogenesis), राहुल कुमार (Principal Architect- Rajinder Kumar Associates) आदि शामिल थे। इस सेशन का संचालन पंकज आर. धारकर (Director, Pankaj Dharkar& Associates) ने किया।
दूसरे सेशन में डॉ. अनुराग बत्रा (Chairman & Editor-In-Chief, BusinessWorld & exchange4media Group), अमित वाधवानी (Managing Director Sai Estate Consultantsant) जैसे दिग्गज शामिल थे।इस सेशन में देश-विदेश के रियल एस्टेट और आर्किटेक्चर बिजनेस के बारे में चर्चा की गई।
कॉन्क्लेव के बाद रियलिटी प्लस कॉन्क्लेव और एक्सीलेंस
अवॉर्ड्स का आयोजन हुआ। भाजपा प्रवक्ता शाजिया इल्मी ने बतौर अतिथि कार्यक्रम को
संबोधित किया। इसके बाद ‘Scroll of Honor’ की प्रस्तुति की
गई। इसे पाने वालों में पंकज आर. धारकर (Director,Pankaj Dharkar& Associates), राहुल कुमार (Principal Architect- Rajinder Kumar Associates), मनित रस्तोगी (Founder & Partner, Morphogenesis) और बॉबी
